The community of Mira Mesa and the Mira Mesa Town Council have started a project that every resident and visitor will benefit from, painting all the walls along Mira Mesa Blvd. and Camino Ruiz. We have a wonderful partner in Frazee Paint who has donated gallons of paint and continues to provide paint at a discounted rate. The lead organizations are Mira Mesa Town Council and Mira Mesa HEROES. The Town Council has donated nearly $6000 over the last year and collected $3000 in donations, including a $1000 donation from Time Warner Cable.
WE NEED MORE MONEY!!! 100% of your donation goes to painting the walls and painting out graffiti. We also are in need of a community pickup truck. As of mid-2009 well over a mile of block wall have been painted along Mira Mesa Blvd and Camino Ruiz!
