Drop off your mail ballot early this year! 
Mira Mesa Library and all other San Diego Public Library locations will have an official mail ballot drop box staffed by workers from the San Diego County Registrar of Voters. 
Starts Oct. 6 to Nov. 2, open Monday to Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. 
Open Election Day, Nov. 3 from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
