Councilman Chris Cate’s office has partnered with the San Diego Humane Society to give away free pet services including free microchips, pet vaccinations, harnesses & training toys for attendees on Saturday, August 11th, 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Mira Mesa Recreation Center, 8575 New Salem Street, San Diego, CA 92126.
