At the April 2020 Mira Mesa Community Plan Update meeting, the Planning Department presented plans for future shopping center redevelopment that were scaled back considerably from the very intense redevelopment that was proposed last August. The new proposals preserve much of the surface parking and all of the major anchor stores. The new proposals are shown in the figures below. The full presentation is at this link.
