The “Shop Mira Mesa” website has been created by the Mira Mesa Chamber of Commerce to support reopening Mira Mesa businesses. Businesses set up their own user ID and password and manage the information themselves. We encourage local businesses to use this site and to make customers provide aware of changes to hours of operation and any restrictions in place to comply with COVID-19 regulations. Following is the introductory description on that website:
“We are facing an unprecedented situation. A global pandemic has required us to isolate ourselves, for the greater good of our community.
This isolation is bringing with it an economic struggle for many in Mira Mesa. But we can find ways to reduce the struggle by supporting the businesses in our community in whatever way possible.
‘Shop Mira Mesa’ was launched in an effort to highlight ways that we can support the businesses and workers of the Mira Mesa community, so that when we reach the other side of this struggle they are still with us.
