Street Fair Registration

Use this form to register and pay the fees for the 2017 Street Fair Vendor Application. Please note that you MUST download the application and read the all of the information and rules on page 2. It is not necessary to mail the form if you submit the online application below, however you must accept the liability release statement by checking the box below. This is a new form. Please report any problems to StreetFair@MiraMesaTownCouncil.org.
Liability Release Statement. I hereby agree to enter and participate in the Mira Mesa Street Fair at my own risk and subject to all rules and regulations of this event. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Mira Mesa Town Council (MMTC), the City of San Diego, all Street Fair sponsors and anyone involved in the support and/or production of this event against any legal proceeding for any personal injury or property damage arising from or occasioned by our company or my reputation. No refunds will be made in case of inclement weather, or actions by any government agency to cancel the event over which the Committee has no control.Enter contact and vendor information below:
